I apologize if you had any issues earlier but you can obtain the support documents simply by logging into your Smash Balloon account, clicking on the
"View Details and Downloads" link and downloading the "Instagram Feed Pro Docs" under the Plugin Documentation section on that page. (See attached screenshot).
